M83 - Midnight City Creedence Clearwater Revival - Bad Moon Rising The Midnight City tune sure is a haunting one. The video that goes with it is excellent too, in that original British 'Village of the Damned' way with the kids. Then we have Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival on some long forgotten TV show. The mashup was made by ultra-talented LeeDM101 (@LDM101) And the video was by Thriftshop XL (@thriftshopxl)

Creedence Clearwater Revival - 29 min in concert. More at

We participated again in this years Promax BDA session "Videophonic" where we were asked to take a song pre-MTV and make a proper video for it. This year we decided to go the fully animated route and chose Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Lookin Out My Door" The story itself is a loose translation of the classic tale of Rip Van Winkle. In this tale a man falls asleep for several years and wakes up to find that that he is old and the world around him has completely changed. Loosely based I said. Enjoy!

How do you film a conversation? Most likely, you’re going to block the actors, set up the camera, and do shot/reverse shot. But where do you put the camera? What lens do you use? And how do you cut back and forth? Today, I consider the Coen brothers — Joel & Ethan — and see how these choices lend a particular feel to their version of shot/reverse shot. Motion graphics assignment for school of my favorite book, Good Omens. It's missing a few key characters (Shadwell, Madame Tracy, and The Them—among others—due to time constraints), so hopefully I can get a revised version up soon! It was a lot of fun.
